Somerville Victorian
This couple bought a lovely corner Victorian in Somerville that had been modified in the 1970's to include a rickety stair to an attic walkup. It needed nuts to bolts changes and updates. The rickety stair was removed and replaced with bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and with a sauna on the 3rd floor.
