The owners had some flow and connection issues in their Main Floor.  The circuitous route from the dining to the kitchen required a simple change to allow the view at the end of the hall. The owners wanted a full accessible bath on the Main floor for future "aging in place," and a connection to their gardens from their "garden room."  On the second floor, differing work schedules meant frustration since the bath and closets are off the prime bedroom.  A children's bath had no natural ight and the top of the main stair was dark. The clients also wanted to add solar panels and update their third floor and exterior walls with insulation to allow the full use and comfort of their home.
